ChronoFlow® (“ChronoFlow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated and marketed by Limitless Learning LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard information when you use ChronoFlow®, including our website at https://chronoflow.us, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Limitless Learning LLC is the data controller responsible for your personal information. By creating an account and using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and provide consent where explicitly requested within the app.

We collect only the information necessary to operate ChronoFlow® securely and effectively.

You may voluntarily provide:

4. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

4.1 Third-Party AI Processing (OpenAI)

ChronoFlow® uses OpenAI, L.L.C. as a data processor to generate AI-assisted interpretive synthesis. When you use the conversational interface, the following data may be transmitted securely:

  • Birth date, birth time, and birth location.
  • Current location (if provided).
  • Chat messages and questions.

We do NOT transmit: Financial account information, government-issued identifiers, or payment details. Data is encrypted in transit. OpenAI processes data solely to provide services to ChronoFlow® and does not use your data for advertising purposes.

4.2 Other Service Providers

We may share limited data with:

  • Cloud infrastructure: Microsoft Azure.
  • Authentication: Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In.
  • Payments: Authorized subscription processors.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for independent marketing.

5. Data Retention

  • Retention: We keep data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal requirements.
  • Account Deletion: Personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
  • Exceptions: Transaction records may be retained as legally required; anonymized analytics may be kept for system improvement.
